These terms govern your use of this website. They are separate from the trading terms and conditions of carriage that apply to freight forwarding, customs brokerage and logistics services we provide. Where we accept a booking, the services are supplied subject to our standard trading terms, which are provided with our quotations and available on request.

The guides, tables, transit times, rates commentary and other information on this website are general in nature and provided for information only. They do not constitute customs, tariff, taxation, insurance or legal advice, and they cannot take account of the specifics of your goods, supplier, contract or circumstances.

Duty rates, tariff classifications, free trade agreement rules, biosecurity conditions, port charges and carrier schedules change, sometimes without notice. Transit times, container specifications, pallet counts and cost figures shown on this site are indicative examples only. Before acting on anything you read here, please have the current position confirmed for your specific shipment.

Quotations

Quotations are not offers capable of acceptance until confirmed by us in writing. Quotations are valid only for the period stated, are based on the information supplied to us, and are subject to space and equipment availability. Where cargo details differ from those supplied — including weight, dimensions, commodity, packaging or value — charges may be adjusted accordingly. Duty, GST, biosecurity intervention costs and government charges are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
