When you request a quote we also collect commercial information such as cargo descriptions, values, Incoterms and supplier details, because we cannot arrange freight or lodge a customs declaration without it.

We may also collect technical information automatically when you visit this website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, for security and analytics purposes.

Who we disclose it to

To provide freight services we must share relevant information with third parties involved in your shipment. These may include shipping lines and airlines, origin and destination agents, terminal and depot operators, transport operators, warehouse operators, insurers, and government agencies including the Australian Border Force and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. We share only what is necessary for the purpose.

Because international freight is by definition cross-border, information may be disclosed to overseas recipients in the country of origin or destination of your cargo.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Information is retained for as long as required to provide services and to satisfy legal obligations, including customs and taxation record-keeping requirements, after which it is destroyed or de-identified.
